Flordia Moments - Finally!

I know, I know... I've been a bad blogger lately, and I am truly sorry! I know I miss my fave blogs when they are away. I need to be better about saving posts before I leave and travel all over the place! :) As you know, I was in FL the week before last visiting my little honey while he's recovering from an injury. Here are some of the highlights! I love to travel and do so a lot because of my fiance. I will always share restaurants, shops, etc. that I find in the cities I visit. I love reading about that on other blogs, so I hope to inspire you to try new things and go to new places! Going to Chicago next week...so excited! Hope everyone has had a great week!

I have wanted to go here since I went down in Feb. We finally did...
And I LOVED IT!!! It's in Bradenton, FL. You must go by if you're in the area!

It's walk-up only. So cute!

Chocolate covered cherry "blizzard" w/hot fudge. Delicious!

Casual day outfit for the extremely hot weather!
This James Pearse skirt is soo versatile!

My favorite bronze Old Navy flip flops. SO comfy!
These things have been all over NY and Boston and are still comfortable!
Louis Vuitton scarf was a gift from my little honey :)

Amazingly unique wrap bracelet from my Aunt Carol.
Love this piece because it's really all you need to make an outfit!
My favorite parts are the orange coral mixed with pearls and turquoise beads.

After a day at the beach, we stopped here for burgers upon recommendation
from a good friend. It was amazing!!

Top 3 burgers I've ever had.
(After Rotiers here in Nashville & In-n-Out Burgers)

His and hers :)

When I travel, I make sure I am comfortable.
This white dress can be worn with flip flips during the day -
but dressed up with heels and funky accessories for night.
Very convenient!

Toasted coconut & cashew crushed Grouper w/ red pepper papaya jam.

Affordable wine to try: The Grappler "Twenty Rows"

Thai Coconut Martini w/ toasted coconut around the rim!

Double date sushi night at Pacific Rim.
This is an amazing, fun sushi place in Sarasota.
Go here if you're a sushi lover!

After dinner sangria at Ceviche's rooftop bar -
the place we went for dinner after we got engaged in Feb!
(Seen here)

There are some great Bradenton/Sarasota, FL area food and drink recommendations!

Will also unveil the big "surprise" from my little honey soon!! :)

  18. The food looks great! Love the bracelet and the white dress.

If you want to have a great coconutini you have to try one from Asia De Cuba on Madison Ave (NYC) or Bar 89 in SoHo.

  22. Just rediscovered your blog from the post over at Iconic - very cute! I'm actually from the Sarasota area...didn't you absolutely love it? Very quiet compared to Fort Lauderdale/Miami where I live now, but can't beat Siesta Key beach. Glad you had a good time! xxSAS
